Global Education Course Costs

All CCEs have an associated cost. Global Education Course (GEC) costs vary depending on the program type: on-campus, local, or travel. If you take a GEC outside the regular fall or spring semester (during winter or summer), you will also be responsible for paying per-credit tuition.

All costs will be clearly outlined in the Global Education Course brochure. CCE award amounts are calculated based on the total cost of the GEC, including any applicable per-credit tuition for courses taken outside the regular semester.

On-Campus

On-campus GECs have a flat program fee of $100.

Local

Local GEC costs vary depending on the destination and number of trips. Costs typically range from $100–$600.

Travel — Domestic or International

Travel GEC costs vary depending on the destination, airfare, accommodations, and planned activities. Costs typically range from $4,000–$6,000.
